The Synod requests that an honorarium be paid to help offset the costs of the YARP service to your event. A minimum of $75 is requested. Checks should be made out to the SWT Synod, with a notation that it is for the YARP program, and mailed to:

Requestor is also responsible for providing meals and sleeping accomodations for YARPs during the event if the event includes normal eating or sleeping hours. YARP sleeping accomodations should be separate from youth sleeping areas. To help us improve our service, we also ask that you also fill out an evaluation after the event is complete.
